Troy Egan Living the American Dream. Troy Egan and his wife Kara Egan manage their own team of over 15,000 Scentsy Consultants. They recently won the 2010 Annual Mentor and 2010 Annual Sales Excellence awards from Scentsy. They work hard to build their team and make sure that their team members are successful and enjoy this experiance as well. They never Suits box set imagined that this wickless system would afford them the wonderful blessing of being able to be run their business from home and be there for their 4 children—never having to miss a school program, soccer game, or dance recital. They run their business as a family, even the small children help sort inventory and put labels on the product. They enjoy attending the annual Scentsy Conventions, incentive trips, leadership retreats, as well watch Good Witch as hosting their own local events as well. They share Scentsy everywhere they go and their dream is to help other people change their financial legacy through Scentsy too.

So how did this all start? Kara Egan was watching and Oprah episode that highlighted the real life stories of Mothers who had become millionaires. Kara was inspired by these entrepreneurial Moms who where creative, resourceful, regular people who were not afraid to try and reach their dreams.
